We were overwhelmed by the generosity of the donations we received for the 12th Annual Tea & Auction. From items for our auction to food and supplies for the event, and especially to all of you who came and bought auction tickets. We raised $4300 through auction tickets alone! This funding will go directly to support those who need it, through equipment and therapeutic activities.
Thank you to the silent auction donations from local artists Laura Artru, Bob Avakian, Ann Dewitt, Lisa Strachan, Cecilia Minnehan, Kate Zelenka, Kenneth Pillsworth, Francis Creney, Marie Meyer-Barton, Candy Shweder, Erin deBettencourt, Kristy Fletcher, Susan Handy, Cynthia McGrath, Gary and Carol McGrath, Rosemary Jost, Mary Thomson, Janet Woodcock, and Stacey Declerc.
We also are so grateful for the amazing donations of gift certificates from Classic Aviators of Martha’s Vineyard, Chesca’s Restaurant, Offshore Ale, Giordano’s Restaurant, Park Corner Bistro, and Allyson Cook Massage. Other local businesses who generously gave items for the auction include Leslie’s Pharmacy, Vineyard Vines, Katydid, and Chilmark Chocolates.
Finally, thank you to the local businesses who supported the event through the generosity of services, food, and/or drink, including Al’s Package Store, Cronig’s Market, Our Market, Reliable Market, Ann Dewitt, Chilmark Chocolates, Big Sky Tent and Party Rentals, and the Martha’s Vineyard Preservation Trust.
